Schools reopen to some pupils

As our schools begin to reopen to more children, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the Ivy family for your incredible efforts over the last few months.

Leaders, teachers and support staff have worked tirelessly to support pupils, both remotely and at school for vulnerable and keyworker children, even during the holidays.

Over the last few weeks they have been busy preparing schools to reopen to some year groups. These are challenging times, but staff have worked extremely hard to ensure that our schools are ready to welcome returning children.

Parents have juggled home schooling with many other responsibilities while children have had to adapt to a new way of life, but the photos, videos and examples of work that teachers have received have highlighted their fantastic achievements during this time.

As we move into the next phase of this unprecedented period, we will all continue to work hard to adapt to a new normal. For the children returning to school, your teachers are looking forward to seeing you again. For those who will continue to learn at home, your teachers will be there to support you.

If you have any questions about reopening arrangements or home learning, please contact your child’s school directly for more information.
