Congratulations to Lavender Primary School on its latest Ofsted report, which praised the ‘warm and welcoming’ learning environment and the ‘exemplary’ behaviour of pupils.

The report confirmed that Lavender continues to be a Good school, highlighting its strongly embedded values and the “Lavender Love” that is at the heart of the school. One pupil told inspectors: “We all try to be kind to each other here.”

The report praised teachers for making learning interesting, which inspires their pupils to behave well and work hard, and school leaders for their careful thought and planning to ensure that the children have the very best education.

Jodie Corbett, Headteacher at Lavender, says: “We are all extremely proud of Lavender. We continue to be a really good school, providing a brilliant education and fantastic support to all of our children. Well done everyone.”
