Matthew Kleiner-Mann – Leader of the Trust

Matthew is a qualified teacher with over 20 years’ experience of school leadership, including as a headteacher and executive headteacher. For the last 10 years, he has also worked as a government-appointed National Leader of Education, supporting colleagues in other schools in giving the very best education to their children.

Roz McLaren – Deputy CEO

Roz combines 20 years of experience as a qualified accountant with a FTSE-100 company with more than 10 years’ experience as a qualified teacher. She works closely with Matthew on formulating Trust strategy and maximising growth opportunities. She leads the Central Team at Ivy who are responsible for finance, HR, premises, health and safety, governance and IT across the Trust.

Sara Morgan – Head of School Improvement and Standards

Sara has wide experience at senior leadership level. This includes being a headteacher in two London authorities. She is a lead Ofsted Inspector and has also served as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors for the London region. She supports all Ivy Heads to fulfil their responsibility for teaching and learning in their schools.

Stuart Pope – Strategic Development Lead

Stuart brings a range of leadership experience to the team having previously worked as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher and CEO during his career that includes five local authorities, and a range of different contexts. Stuart leads Ivy’s work with the Teaching School Hubs and staff development, as well as supporting the Trust with growth opportunities. He is able to provide leadership support to schools and works closely with the Trust SENDCos to further develop outcomes and opportunities for all pupils.
