Ivy Learning Trust is excited to offer 4 newly created positions as Lead Practitioners to forward-thinking, innovative teachers with a passion for education. These posts will be instrumental in the future of the development of teaching and learning at Ivy schools.
These posts will be contracted to Ivy’s Central Team and seconded out initially to our three new schools in Hertfordshire.
As a Lead Practitioner, you will be part of the schools’ senior leadership teams. You will work alongside the Headteacher/Head of School to support the leadership of teaching and learning. You need to be passionate
about supporting the development of our curriculums and have a drive for outstanding achievement and progress.
You need:
An excellent teaching record and evidence of the impact of your teaching and learning (Recent KS1 or Upper KS2 experience would be desirable)
To be a highly motivated individual with a successful track record of working with a wide range of children and families.A vision, creativity, drive and enthusiasm to continue the development of our schools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that motivate, lead, support and challenge.
To be committed to the safeguarding of children.
